Quality by expertiseThe company has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9002 since April 1995. This certification was changed to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 in 2008.
Since 1997, the company has been classified as a Q1 authorised supplier for DB AG. This status is tested and re-confirmed on the basis of an annual audit.
To ensure minimum tolerance values, an air-conditioned measuring room is available, equipped with, among other things, a 3D coordinated measuring machine (operational distances X-700 mm, Y-1000 mm, Z-800 mm). Furthermore, the measuring materials are calibrated to VDI VDE DGQ Guideline 26 18.
In order to satisfy various customer requirements, the company also has the German Welding Higher Certificate ("Großer Eignungsnachweis") according to DIN 18800 Part 7 and the "Certificate for welding of rail vehicles and rail vehicle parts" according to DIN EN 15085-2.
The production-related measuring technology, the comprehensive testing methods, the welding approval and the installed CAQ system all ensure that customer demands are fully satisfied.
Above and beyond this, the company also meets the requirements of well-known customers (e.g. in the traffic industry). These requirements are verified by supplier audits performed directly on-site.
